Smoky Condo

The Smoky Condo was struck by lightening a year and a half ago.

Smoke and water damage completely totalled the condo, needing it to be taken down to the studs and completely rebuilt from there.  The owner wanted to create a new, clean, fresh feel.  We stayed with a neutral color palette, leaning towards the taupe tones. We complemented those with a medium tone wood floor, dark wood cabinets and light counters.  The crackle backsplash in the kitchen brought out the pop the owner was looking for, and went well with the new stainless appliances.  The modern feel carried throughout the home.  The powder bath is a slab of pink marble, vessel sink, stand off mirror, and beaded wall covering.  The master bath has a metallic black tile, granite counter, and walk-in tile shower made of green ceramic tile, blue glass accent and black pebble floors.  You will see some fun modern designs all throughout the home.
